FARE STRUCTURE – MILBAZ


- Distance fare: ₹12 per km

- Base fare: ₹5

- Platform fee: 10% of total fare

- Waiting charges: ₹1 per minute after first 3 minutes

- Cancellation fee: ₹0

- Surge pricing: 40% extra (before platform fee) between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM

ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA REMOVAL


Users (Customers and Captains) may request permanent deletion of their Milbaz account at any time.


To request account deletion, users can contact:

Once a deletion request is verified:

- The account will be permanently deactivated

- Personal information will be removed from active systems

- Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes


After the retention period, remaining data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.


Account deletion may result in loss of access to ride history, invoices, and related services.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


Milbaz may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of changes.
