This feature allows female users to choose an option where their ride request can only be accepted by a female driver. We understand that for many women, comfort and peace of mind during travel are just as important as reaching the destination. With this new addition, we aim to give female riders greater control over their travel experience.
Safety and trust play a major role in daily transportation choices. Whether it's commuting to work, attending college, travelling at night, shopping, or moving around the city, many women prefer travelling with another woman driver because it creates an additional sense of comfort and confidence.
Using the feature is simple. Female users can activate the Female Driver Only option while booking a ride. Once selected, the ride request will be visible only to available female drivers, ensuring that only female drivers can accept and complete the ride.
This initiative is not just about adding a new option — it is about creating an inclusive ecosystem that supports women on both sides of the platform. It benefits female passengers by offering more personalized choices and also creates more opportunities for female drivers.
